Terms & Conditions

FlowSesh ("we," "us," "our") provides an online space where members can hang out, focus, and build habits together, whether they want to unwind, work deeply, socialise, or drop in for voice and scheduled sessions. We are a fully remote team and may perform our responsibilities or work from any jurisdiction.

FlowSesh provides its services (described below) to you through its website located at www.flowsesh.app (the "Site") (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, the "Service(s)" or "FlowSesh"), subject to the following Terms of Service (as amended from time to time, the "Terms", "Terms & Conditions" and "Terms of Service").

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or modify portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Unless applicable law requires a different approach, changes will become effective when we post the updated Terms on the Service (or as otherwise stated at the time of posting), and your continued use of the Service after that time constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will provide or obtain any additional notice or consent required by applicable law. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account using the account tools or by contacting us as described below.

Please read these terms of service carefully, as they contain an agreement to arbitrate and other important information regarding your legal rights, remedies, and obligations. The agreement to arbitrate requires (with limited exception) that you submit claims you have against us to binding and final arbitration, and further (1) you will only be permitted to pursue claims against FlowSesh on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action or proceeding, (2) you will only be permitted to seek relief (including monetary, injunctive, and declaratory relief) on an individual basis, and (3) you may not be able to have any claims you have against us resolved by a jury or in a court of law.

In addition, when using certain services, you may be subject to additional terms applicable to those services that are posted on or linked from the Service from time to time. The Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are located together at www.flowsesh.app/terms. All such terms are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

Access and Use of the Service

Services Description: The Service, as described on our landing page and throughout the Site, may include:

(i) flow sessions and voice: shared presence in an always-on, vetted community space; (ii) precise notifications: alerts when members join voice or RSVP, with filters for people you care about and modes aligned with focus, social time, or unwinding, on supported platforms; (iii) directory and profiles: member profiles and contact paths you choose to share (such as messaging, email, or calendar booking links); and (iv) sessions and events: discovering when others will be in the space, sharing your own plans, and RSVPs for online or in-person meetups. Features may evolve, and not every capability is available on every device or in every region.

Your Registration Obligations: You may be required to register with FlowSesh in order to access and use certain features of the Service. If you choose to register for the Service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form. How we collect, use, and share personal information is described in our Privacy Policy below and in in-product notices where provided, and is governed by applicable data protection law, in addition to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

User Account, Password and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, verification codes and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your passwords, verification codes or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify FlowSesh of any unauthorized use of your passwords, verification codes or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. FlowSesh will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.

Modifications to Service: FlowSesh reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that FlowSesh will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

General Practices Regarding Use and Storage: You acknowledge that FlowSesh may establish general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, including without limitation the maximum period of time that data or other content will be retained by the Service and the maximum storage space that will be allotted on FlowSesh's servers on your behalf. You agree that FlowSesh has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any data or other content maintained or uploaded by the Service. You acknowledge that FlowSesh reserves the right to terminate accounts for any reason at any time. You further acknowledge that FlowSesh reserves the right to change these general practices and limits at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice.

Communication: In your FlowSesh account you can set your communication and notification preferences where the Service offers them. By using our Services, you agree that we may send you service-related and transactional messages (for example, security alerts, legal notices, receipts, and messages necessary to operate or secure your account) by SMS, MMS, text message, email, push notification, or other electronic means, even if you have opted out of marketing communications where applicable law allows. Promotional communications, if we send them, will follow your stated preferences and applicable law. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number or email, you agree to promptly update your FlowSesh account information so messages are not sent to whoever acquires your old number or address.

Conditions of Use

The following are examples of the kinds of use that are illegal or prohibited by FlowSesh. FlowSesh reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in FlowSesh's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Service, suspending or terminating the account of such violators and referring suspected illegal activity to law enforcement authorities where appropriate. You agree to not use the Service to:

  1. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service; or
  2. violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law;
  3. impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
  4. harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information of other users from the Service by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
  5. advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose that is not specifically authorized;
  6. promote or aid in the building of a competitive product or service, copy the Service's features or user interface, or solicit users or customers from the Service;
  7. further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or
  8. obtain or attempt to access or otherwise obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service.

Commercial Use: Unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or in the Service, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service. The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use except where we expressly provide features for hosts, organizers, communities, or similar roles and you use those features in compliance with these Terms.

Intellectual Property Rights

Service Content, Software and Trademarks: You acknowledge and agree that the Service may contain content or features ("Service Content") including, for example, session or event titles and times, links, profile information, organizer or host details, and other materials displayed through the Service. Except as expressly authorized by FlowSesh, you agree not to modify, copy, frame, scrape, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Service Content, in whole or in part, except that which you legally upload to the Service. In connection with your use of the Service you will not engage in or use any data mining, robots, scraping or similar data gathering or extraction methods. If you are blocked by FlowSesh from accessing the Service (including by blocking your IP address), you agree not to implement any measures to circumvent such blocking (e.g., by masking your IP address or using a proxy IP address). Any use of the Service or the Service Content other than as specifically authorized herein is strictly prohibited. The technology and software underlying the Service or distributed in connection therewith are the property of FlowSesh, our affiliates and our partners (the "Software"). You agree not to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code (except to the extent such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law, for example for lawful interoperability), sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by FlowSesh.

The FlowSesh name and logos are trademarks and service marks of FlowSesh (collectively the "FlowSesh Trademarks"). Other FlowSesh, product, and service names and logos used and displayed via the Service may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not endorse or be affiliated with or connected to FlowSesh. Nothing in these Terms of Service or the Service should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of FlowSesh Trademarks displayed on the Service, without our prior written permission in each instance. All goodwill generated from the use of FlowSesh Trademarks will inure to our exclusive benefit.

Third Party Material: Under no circumstances will FlowSesh be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including users and event organizers of events posted on our Site), including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that FlowSesh does not comprehensively pre-screen content. Without limiting the foregoing, FlowSesh and its designees will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed by FlowSesh, in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.

User Content Transmitted Through the Service: With respect to the content or other materials you upload or submit through the Service (such as profile fields, session or event listings, links, images, messages, or similar materials) (collectively, "User Content"), you represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to submit that User Content and to grant the license below (including, where applicable, copyrights, trademarks, and rights of publicity). By uploading any User Content you hereby grant and will grant FlowSesh and its affiliated companies a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty free, fully paid up, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual, irrevocable license to copy, display, upload, perform, distribute, store, modify and otherwise use your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service or the promotion, advertising or marketing thereof, in any form, medium or technology now known or later developed, to the extent permitted by applicable law (for example, statutory rights you cannot waive in your jurisdiction may still apply).

You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information about the Service ("Submissions"), provided by you to FlowSesh in any way and form are non-confidential and FlowSesh will be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of these Submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

You acknowledge and agree that FlowSesh may preserve content and may also disclose content if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:

(a) comply with legal process, applicable laws or government requests; (b) enforce these Terms of Service; (c) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of FlowSesh, its users and the public.

Third Party Websites and Resources

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. FlowSesh has no control over such sites and resources and FlowSesh is not responsible for mistakes in these sites and resources (such as event information). You further acknowledge and agree that FlowSesh will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the Service are between you and the third party, and you agree that FlowSesh is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party.

Indemnity and Release

You agree to release, indemnify and hold FlowSesh and its past, current, and future team members, volunteers, affiliates and their officers, employees, directors and agents (collectively, "Indemnitees") harmless from any and all losses, damages, expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, rights, claims, actions of any kind and injury (including death) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, any User Content, your connection to the Service, your violation of these Terms of Service or your violation of any rights of another. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you will have no obligation to indemnify or hold harmless any Indemnitee from or against any liability, losses, damages or expenses incurred as a result of any action or inaction of such Indemnitee. If you are a California resident, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." If you are a resident of another jurisdiction, you waive any comparable statute or doctrine.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FlowSesh expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

FlowSesh makes no warranty that:

(i) the Service will meet your requirements, (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable, or (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you through the Service will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that FlowSesh will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary damages, or damages for loss of profits including but not limited to, damages for loss of goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if FlowSesh has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, resulting from:

(i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the Service; or (v) any other matter relating to the Service. In no event will FlowSesh's total liability to you for all damages, losses or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid FlowSesh in the last six (6) months, or, if greater, one hundred dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer or exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations set forth above may not apply to you or be enforceable with respect to you. If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Service or with these Terms of Service, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue use of the Service and request deletion of your account through the account or settings tools on the Service or by contacting us at team@flowsesh.app.

Dispute Resolution By Binding Arbitration

1. Agreement to Arbitrate:

This Dispute Resolution by Binding Arbitration section is referred to in these Terms of Service as the "Arbitration Agreement." You agree that any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise between you and FlowSesh, whether arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service (including any alleged breach thereof), the Services, any advertising, any aspect of the relationship or transactions between us, shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than a court, in accordance with the terms of this Arbitration Agreement, except that you may assert individual claims in small claims court, if your claims qualify. Further, this Arbitration Agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, and such agencies can, if the law allows, seek relief against us on your behalf. You agree that, by entering into these Terms of Service, you and FlowSesh are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action to the extent such a waiver is permitted by law. Your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator, not a judge or jury, subject to the carve-out below. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this Arbitration Agreement to the extent it applies.

Mandatory law and consumers.

Nothing in this Arbitration Agreement is intended to limit any right you may have under mandatory law, including, for example, the right of consumers habitually resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where applicable law requires, or other non-waivable statutory protections.

2. Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief:

You and FlowSesh agree that each of us may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding. Unless both you and FlowSeshagree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.

3. Pre-Arbitration Dispute Resolution:

FlowSesh is always interested in resolving disputes amicably and efficiently, and most user concerns can be resolved quickly and to the user's satisfaction by emailing customer support at team@flowsesh.app. If such efforts prove unsuccessful, a party who intends to seek arbitration must first send to the other, by certified mail, a written Notice of Dispute ("Notice"). Please e-mail us at team@flowsesh.app and we will promptly provide an address ("Notice Address") to which you can address postal mail. The Notice must (i) describe the nature and basis of the claim or dispute and (ii) set forth the specific relief sought. If FlowSesh and you do not resolve the claim within three-hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days after the Notice is received, you or FlowSesh may commence an arbitration proceeding. During the arbitration, the amount of any settlement offer made by FlowSesh or you shall not be disclosed to the arbitrator until after the arbitrator determines the amount, if any, to which you or FlowSesh is entitled.

4. Confidentiality:

All aspects of the arbitration proceeding, and any ruling, decision, or award by the arbitrator, will be strictly confidential for the benefit of all parties.

5. Severability:

If a court or the arbitrator decides that any term or provision of this Arbitration Agreement (other than paragraph 2 above titled "Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief") is invalid or unenforceable, the parties agree to replace such term or provision with a term or provision that is valid and enforceable and that comes closest to expressing the intention of the invalid or unenforceable term or provision, and this Arbitration Agreement shall be enforceable as so modified. If a court or the arbitrator decides that any of the provisions of paragraph 2 above titled "Prohibition of Class and Representative Actions and Non-Individualized Relief" are invalid or unenforceable, then the entirety of this Arbitration Agreement shall be null and void, unless such provisions are deemed to be invalid or unenforceable solely with respect to claims for public injunctive relief. The remainder of the Terms of Service will continue to apply.

6. Future Changes to Arbitration Agreement:

Notwithstanding any provision in these Terms of Service to the contrary, FlowSesh agrees that if it makes any future change to this Arbitration Agreement (other than a change to the Notice Address) while you are a user of the Services, you may reject any such change by sending FlowSesh written notice within fifteen (15) calendar days of the change to the Notice Address provided above. By rejecting any future change, you are agreeing that you will arbitrate any dispute between us in accordance with the language of this Arbitration Agreement as of the date you first accepted these Terms of Service (or accepted any subsequent changes to these Terms of Service).

Termination

You agree that FlowSesh, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service and remove and discard any content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if FlowSesh believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms of Service. Any suspected fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity that may be grounds for termination of your use of Service, may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. FlowSesh may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service under any provision of these Terms of Service may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that FlowSesh may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the Service. Further, you agree that FlowSesh will not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Service.

User and Organizer Disputes

You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with any other user in connection with the Service, including for any fee disputes between you or any other user or for any User Transaction, and FlowSesh will have no liability or responsibility with respect thereto. FlowSesh reserves the right, but has no obligation, to become involved in any way with disputes between you and any other user of the Service.

General

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. When these Terms say "we," "us," "our," or refer to FlowSesh in the same capacity, they mean those of us who run and provide the Service under the FlowSesh name. As stated above, we are a fully remote team with members not concentrated in any single jurisdiction.

These Terms govern your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and FlowSesh with respect to the Service. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use affiliate or third party services, third party content or third party software. These Terms of Service will be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except that mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence may still apply where the law does not permit them to be waived. With respect to any disputes or claims not subject to arbitration, as set forth above, you and FlowSesh agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Delaware. The failure of FlowSesh to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms of Service remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms of Service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred, except where a longer period is required by applicable law. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. You may not assign these Terms of Service without the prior written consent of FlowSesh, but FlowSesh may assign or transfer these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, without restriction. The section titles in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Notices to you may be made via either email or regular mail. The Service may also provide notices to you of changes to these Terms of Service or other matters by displaying notices or links to notices generally on the Service.

Your Privacy

At FlowSesh, we respect the privacy of our users. How we handle personal information depends on applicable law and on this Privacy Policy and any in-product notices we publish on the Service. Those disclosures explain the legal bases (such as contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, or consent where required) that apply where relevant. If we process information on the basis of consent, you may withdraw that consent where the law allows, without affecting processing that rests on other lawful grounds.

Privacy Policy

General

This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of FlowSesh. Our privacy practices may vary among the countries in which we operate to reflect local practices and legal requirements.

About FlowSesh

FlowSesh is an online space where members can hang out, focus, and build habits together, including voice and scheduled sessions, member profiles, notifications, and discovering or sharing plans and RSVPs. Our goal is to help you stay present with a vetted community without juggling disconnected tools. Features may evolve and may not be available on every device or in every region.

Controller and EU representative (where applicable)

FlowSesh is the controller of the personal information it processes to provide the Service. You can contact us about privacy matters at team@flowsesh.app. Under European data protection laws ("GDPR"), including Article 27, organisations not established in the European Union may be required to designate a representative in the EU for certain processing. If that applies to us, we will publish the representative's name and contact details in this Privacy Policy, in-product notices, or on request via team@flowsesh.app.

If something is not clear, you may ask for clarification at team@flowsesh.app.

By using or accessing the services in any manner, you acknowledge the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy. Where the law requires consent for a specific use of personal information, we will ask for it separately or provide controls in the Service.

What does this privacy policy cover?

This privacy policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information ("personal information") that we gather when you are accessing or using our services, but not the practices of companies we don't own or control, or people that we don't manage. We gather various types of personal information from our members, as explained in more detail below, and we use this personal information in connection with our services, including to personalize, provide, secure, and improve our services, to allow you to set up a member account and profile, to contact you and allow other members to contact you through the contact paths you enable, to operate notifications, sessions, RSVPs, and community features, to fulfill your requests for certain products and services, and to analyze how you use the services.

We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the services or send any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a child under 13 may have provided us personal information, please contact us at team@flowsesh.app.

Will FlowSesh ever change this privacy policy?

We may need to change this privacy policy from time to time. We will alert you to changes by updating the services on the website, placing a notice on the services, by sending you a notification via email or via our app. Please note that if you've opted not to receive legal notice emails from us (or you haven't provided us with your email address), those legal notices will still govern your use of the services, and you are still responsible for reading and understanding them. Unless applicable law requires a different approach, continued use of the services after the updated privacy policy is posted means you accept the updated policy. Use of information we collect is subject to the privacy policy in effect when that information is used or collected, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

What information does FlowSesh collect?

Information you provide to us: We receive and store information you provide through account settings and profile tools, including your full name, account email address, username, display name, headline, resident location, profile photo, social links, contact email, WhatsApp phone number, scheduling or calendar link, account and contact preferences, and similar profile or contact details you choose to add. If you use paid memberships or subscription features, we may also receive billing details such as billing name, billing email, company, billing address, payment method metadata, card billing address, optional card nickname, payment history, invoices, subscription status, and membership billing activity. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by FlowSesh.

Will FlowSesh share any of the personal information it receives?

We may display or share information within the Service when you choose to make it available or enable a feature that requires it, such as your profile details, profile photo, social links, contact methods, session plans, voice presence, or RSVPs. We may also share information with service providers that help us operate the Service, subject to appropriate legal and contractual protections. We may provide aggregated anonymous information to other entities, who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our services. However, we never disclose aggregate information in a manner that would identify you personally, as an individual. This information is anonymous and not personally identifiable information.

Protection of FlowSesh and others: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve, and disclose any information that we reasonably believe is necessary to comply with law or court order; enforce or apply any Terms or other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of FlowSesh, our contractors, our directors, stakeholders and representatives.

Is my personal information secure?

Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third party site or service, you may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and personal information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other personal information we hold in our records, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

What personal information can I access?

  • notification preferences for voice chat joins, RSVPs, filters, and browser notification devices
  • other account, profile, and service preferences made available in settings or profile tools

The information you can view, update, and delete may change as the services change. If you have any questions about viewing or updating information we have on file about you, please contact us at team@flowsesh.app.

What choices do I have?

You can always opt not to disclose information to us, but keep in mind some information may be needed to register with us or to take advantage of some of our features.

You may be able to add, update, or delete information as explained above. When you update information, however, we may maintain a copy of the unrevised information where needed for security, backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. You may request deletion of your account and personal information through account tools where available or by contacting us at team@flowsesh.app. Some information may remain after deletion where retention is required or permitted by law, such as security logs, transaction records, backups, or aggregated and anonymous statistics on usage of our services. We may use aggregated data derived from or incorporating your personal information after you update or delete it, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.

What if I have questions about this policy?

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy policy, please send us a detailed message to team@flowsesh.app, and we will try to resolve your concerns.

How do I delete my account?
